EYRE COUNTY COUNCIL CONTROL OF FIRES FIRES may now be lit and no permit need be i applied for provided the following rules are • strictly observed: GENERAL RULES: Absolutely no fires whether rubbish or stubble may be lit or allowed to burn after 10 a.m. or before 4 p.m. or on a Sunday. All fires must be attended until extinguished. Fires must not be lit in windy conditions. STUBBLE FIRES: Neighbours who have standing ; crops which could be endangered must be informed beforehand. A fire break of at least 33 feet must be PLOUGHED beforehand. No fires, stubble or otherwise may be lit in the Eyrewell Forest State Area at any time with- , out the sanction of the Forest Service.
