Movements by the New b Zealand dollar against other! currencies in the foreign! exchange markets were again!' large last week. Sterling showed a sub- ' stantial recovery, and the New Zealand dollar was also easier against the currencies of India. Pakistan, 1 Sri Lanka. Fiji, France, the : Netherlands. Switzerland, West Germany, Austria, and Portugal. All other currencies were' marked down against the! New Zealand dollar, with the .gains on United States. AusItralian. and Canadian dollars quite large on the week.
