MAN KILLED BY TREE
(N.Z. Press Association HAMILTON, Jan. 31. A man was killed at Ngarua, near Morrinsville, yesterday while felling a tree. He was Clyde Gilbert Holmes, married, aged about 50, of Maungakawa Road, R.D. 4, Cambridge. The Morrinsville police said Mr Holmes was felling trees at 4.30 p.m. when he was struck by a trunk.
