CREWS IN RACE

A competition between 115 ft naval dinghies from visiting ships at Lyttelton, over a course of five miles, will begin this afternoon at 2 p.m. A trophy will be provided by the Ocean Monarch.

Ships expected to participate are H.M.Y. Britannia, H.M.S. Jupiter, H.M.N.Z.S. Canterbury, H.M.A.S. Anzac, the passenger liners Marco Polo and Ocean Monarch, R.F.A. Tidesurge (tanker), ! and possibly the British cargo liner, Port Launceston.
