Sir Ernest Shackleton’s hut at Cape Royds, another of the series of Antarctic paintings and drawings by the Christchurch artist, Mr Maurice Conly. Mr Conly returned from Antarctica this week where he has been working on the series, commissioned by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research to illustrate the work of New Zealanders there.
