Belgian crisis not resolved
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) BRUSSELS, January 31. King Baudouin of Belgium has announced March 10 as the date for the General Election, having earlier dissolved Parliament. A Royal decree orders the new Houses of Parliament to meet for the first time on March 28. The Social Christian Party leader, Mr Leo Tindemans, failed to form a Government after the fall of the outgoing three-party coalition 11 days ago.
