The Maine House of Representatives has voted to give SUS4SO to a man who claimed that 500 of his chickens were scared to death by a state police patrol car. Mr Erlon Ricker said that the car went by his chicken farm with its siren howling, and the birds piled up in fright at the rear of their coops, and died.—Augusta, Jan. 30.
