Fewer buyers on easing Australian markets
Prices cased on Australian stock exchanges yesterday with listless trading on low turnover. Sustained buying interest was lacking.
B.H.P. closed at 816 c, a! fall of 16c. Miners and oils lost! ground. Bougainville shed 1c to 229 c. while M.I.M. eased 5c to 225 c. C.R.A. was down 15c to 350 c as was M.I.M. to 225 c. Poseidon was steady at 720 c and W.M.C. lost 1c to' 160 c. ! Myers was easier at 186c| as was Woolworths at 98c.' Elder Smith was steady at| 235 c but Carlton United' dropped 10c to 265 c.
