Plane charter For tour
C.V.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. A party of 159 tourists who are flying around the world in their own chartered aircraft will arrive at Auckland on February 12. They have chartered a British Airways Boeing 707 from London and will spend several days at each stop—Teheran. New Delhi, Colombo. Singapore. Bangkok, Hong Kong, Guam, Suva, Auckland, Samoa, Hawaii, Mexico and Bermuda.
The tourists are each paying between $2OOO and $2300. depending on ground arrangements, and the plane’s cabin staff has been increased to 10 stewards and stewardesses.
