December 22. 1973 to Thursday. February 28. 1974. unless this restriction is revoked or otherwise varied. The only exceptions to this notice will be that tires may tie lit in tile open between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10; p m. each day, and that permits will not be required during those hours. Any person wishing to light a tire inl the open outside the per-; mitted hours must obtain a special permit from the un dersigned. such permits will only be issued in exceptional circumstances. Fire Wardens will not issue permits to light fires in a closed fire season.| However, they will be available for advice and policing duties. While this order is in force no person shall set on fire or cause to be set on fire in the open air any trees, timber, bracken, gorse, lupins, grass, stubble or other plants or debris from forest or land clearing operations or any other combustable material whatsoever except within the permitted hours or pursuant to a written permit, issued by the undersigned. Possession of a permit or lighting a fire within the per mitted flours in no way relieves the person lighting the fire from Hie full responsibility of keeping the tire under control.
