Tickets worth more than $20,000 have been sold at the Christchurch Games ticket office in Cathedral Square over the last three days. The vice-chairman of the committee in charge of sales, M. J. E. Davies, said that sales yesterday were running at the rate of $lOOO an hour. “This will undoubtedly start to run down »rom now on,” he said. “However, we are very satisfied in the interest being shown.’’
