Rains cause 12 deaths

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—-Copyright) (BOGOTA (Colombia), Nov. 18. The Colombian National Emergency Council met in Bogota on Saturday to coordinate relief for the victims, but communications in the stricken areas were difficult because of road washouts. The Colombian Weather Bureau predicted no let-up in the rains until next month.
