$17,000 for sections
Two adjacent sections in Waimairi Road, opposite I Hanrahan Street, offered for auction by the Waimairi County Council, were sold for $17,600 and $17,000 at auction on Saturday. Both were 24-perch residential sections. Another residential section in Gardiners Road. Harewood, also offered by the council, was sold for $12,000. It was 25.6 perches.
