The property, which has a Government valuation of $80,750, comprises a fourbedroomed house, garage, filtered swimnring pooi, dressing-sheds, and a tennis' court on a section of 2 roods 38.9 perches at 47 Fendalton Road. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. Negotiations i are proceeding privately.
