Relief Services, and the World Council of Churches. “From our records, it is clear that we have had 15,000 separate donations,”’ Mr Brown said. “All the money is being sent to Ethi-! opia, unless we indicate that the money is to be spent on general purposes. The money is being used within a week of our receiving it here.” “We will continue with! the Ethiopian appeal for a little longer, then switch back to the funding of drought areas in general.” It was important for the public to realise that the job of rehabilitation which would follow the crisis was: just as important: as the present emergency,?
