LINCOLN COLLEGE University College of Agriculture All beef farmers and those interested in beef cattle breeding and performance are invited to a special address 'BREEDING AND SELECTION OF BEEF CATTLE' by Dr. David M. Allen to be held at Lincoln College (Lecture Room 1) at 4 p.m. Tuesday, 20th November. Dr Allen is Head of the British Meat and Livestock Commission’s Beef Management Service. He is particularly concerned in developing breeding schemes for beef cattle and has had considerable experience in crossing trials of British cattle breeds with exotic European breeds.
