CSR-Pioneer offer
CSR, Ltd, and Pioneer Concrete Services, Ltd, will make an offer of 156 c a share for the whole of the remaining shares in Australian and Kandos Cement Holdings, Ltd. The offer will be conditional on acceptances being received in respect of not less than 90 per cent of the nominal amount of the outstanding shares from not less than three-quarters of the holders of the shares.
