(N.Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) HELSINKI, Nov. 11. A Helsinki court has fined' Dr Antero Jryanki, former head of the Presidential Chancery, about SNZ6SO for disclosing Presidential memoranda on private conversations on the Common Market between the Finnish President (Mr Kekkonen) and Russian leaders in August 1972. The Minister for Foreign Trade (Mr Jussi Linnamo) resigned over alleged involvement in the affair, a year ago. The third man involved, a senior civil servant and former Cabinet Minister, Mr Seppo Lindbolm has already been fined.
