Public Notices HEATHCOTE COUNTY’ COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER LICENSING AND CONTROL OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND BOARDINGHOUSES PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at an Ordinary -Meeting of the Council held on Thursday the 25th October 1973 the Council resolved by way of Special Order to revoke the Heathcote County By-law No. 1—1970 Licensing and Control of Boardinghouses and Apartment Buildings and substitute therefore the New Zealand Standard N.Z.S. 9201—Chapter 3—1973 Model general law entitled “Licensing and Control of Apartment Buildings and Boardinghouses” with amendmenfs as listed in the Special Order. FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the said resolution will be submitted to the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 66 Colombo Street, Christchurch on Thursday fhe 22nd November 1973 for confirmation of the Special Order.
