TEN FINED FOR FRAUD
(N.Z.P A -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 12.’ Ten young electronics experts have been fined from £25 to £lOO for their part in a telephone swindle. They were among a group of 19 engineers and students who went to trial last week accused of dialling calls to places around the world for more than four years without paying, using sophisticated electronic equipment. The 10 fined had just changed their pleas to guilty from not guilty. The trial of the nine others continues.
