Mr David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first Prime Minister, celebrated his eighty-seventh birthday yesterday, in the midst of the country’s fourth war with the Arabs since he proclaimed the Jewish State independent 25 years ago.— Tel Aviv, October 12.
