Maths prize winners
A Christchurch Boys’ High ,School pupil, P. Andreae, won the final of the Canterbury Mathematical Association’s annual senior competition at Lincoln College yesterday. Second was A. Abraham, of Christ's College, and these two won cash prizes of $2OO and $lOO respectively. All 10 finalists, drawn from a record 700 entries in the competition, received slide rules and books on mathematics.
