CASE AND DAVID BROWN UNITE! Now Todd dealers offer one off the largest ranges of agricultural machinery in N.Z. It was recently announced overseas, that TENNECO, owner of the farm and industrial machinery manufacturer J. I. Case, has purchased the David Brown Corporation. (Tenneco is also the world’s largest distributor of natural gas, with other interests in oil, chemicals and packaging.) Todd Bros, the New Zealand holders of the David Brown franchise have since this announcement, obtained the J. I. Case franchise for this country. The two ranges of equipment produced by David Brown and J. I. Case are largely complementary, in particular covering comprehensively the needs of farmers — in the presentation of a wide range of tractor horsepower options. Customers of the Todd Bros dealers will now be presented with one of the largest—and most outstanding—ranges of mobile agricultural machinery in New Zealand.
