f.V z Press Association) WELLINGTON The World life-saving conigress in Durban in January February next year, to which ,the New- Zealand association i has been invited to send 17 delegates, will include seven days of technical discussions and workshops, a three-day meeting, three days of carnival competitions, and six davs of sight-seeing. There will be no over-all points system at the competitions, and members of delegations may take part on an individual basis if they wish. “New Zealand, along with many others, will be primarily interested in the educational {and medical sections,” the New Zealand association said m a statement. ! The association will be (sending a delegation of up to 17, depending on finance, (and nominations close on {August 20. I Th? selectors are Messrs W- Mitchell (Wellington). B. McLean (Gisborne), and J |A. Lee (Christchurch).
