R.S.A. help for youth

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The Returned Services’ Associations conference decided to contribute $lBOO a year, representing a contribution for each member of 2c a year, to assist youth activities in New Zealand. The Dominion president (Sir Hamilton Mitchell) described the move as a “real step forward.” The Franklin R.S.A., which sponsored the remit, said the fund would be of immense value to associations which were trying to do something that was badly needed throughout New Zealand.
