Some overseas travel will therefore be necessary. Responsibilities will include day-to-day financial accounting operations, supervision of staff, updating and modifying management reporting systems and undertaking investment investigations with the Managing Director. Budgeting, budgetary control and forecasting, as well as the legal and statutory duties of ’ a Company Secretary are also involved. We have no age limits but the appointee will be an energetic executive with commercial experience, who will enjoy an involvement with a small dynamic team.
