I (N.Z.P 4 .-Neuter—CupgrigM > BANGKOK, Feb. 19 Pakistan’s withdrawal from the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation will mean that the remaining seven member-countries will have to contribute more to the upkeep of the organisation next year. General Kris Punhakan. S.E.A.T.O.’s director-general of public relations, said that the American contribution would rise by 1 per cent to 27 per cent of the total budget, estimated at between SNZI.23m and SNZI.4Im. Britain’s share would also go up by 1 per cent, to 16 per cent; Australia and France would pay 15 per cent, an increase of 1.5 per cent; and New Zealand. Thailand, and the Philippines would have their contribu tions increased by 1 per cent to 9 per cent each
