AGED 100 TODAY
—Mrs Christina Evans celebrates her hundredth birthday today. Mrs Evans, who grew up in Geraldine and later moved to Hillersden, Wairau Valley, has been a resident in the Isabel Bursill Presbyterian Home for the aged in Blenheim since 1965. A party to celebrate her centenary is to be held at the home of her son, Mr M. Evans, 49 Stephenson Street, Blenheim.
