O.K. champion beaten

(N.Z. Press Association* AUCKLAND The Auckland OK dinghy helmsman, G. Woodroffe. reversed the placings of last year in the world championship in the class when he beat K. Axerott (Sweden) into second place in a four-race series sailed off Takapuna Beach at the week end.

The former eight times national champion in the class, C Roberts, was third, with one of the younger stars. R. Ward, of Whangarei. fourth. Thirty spon sored boats, which raised .*3OO towards the OK overseas tours fund, raced.
