A one-bedroomed bungalow on a section of 41 perches at 45 Albert Terrace, Huntsbury, was sold at auction on Thursday for $13,950 The government valuation is $6BOO. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. In another auction, a twobedroomed bungalow at 117 Milton Street, Spreydon. was passed in, but was later sold by private treaty for $ll,OOO. The Government valuation of the 24.6 perch property is $6200. The auctioneer was Mr R. McDonald, of McDonald’s Real Estate, Ltd.
