Public Notices NORTH CANTERBURY CATCHMENT BOARD LEASE OF LAND Written applications are invited for the leasing for farming purposes of the Reserves located at East Eyreton and at Harewood and referred to in the Schedule hereunder for a period of 21 years commencing the Ist April 1973, at the rentals stated and with a review at 7 yearly intervals. The lease provisions will be in accordance with the Public Bodies Leases Act 1969 and the First Schedule thereto and will include a perpetual right of renewal. The granting of the leases will be subject to compliance with the Land Settlement Promotion and Acquisition Act 1952. There are no improvements on any of the reserves to be bought by the successful applicant. There are special conditions relating to all the Reserves. The tease provisions will be in accordance with the Public Bodies Leases Act 1969 and the First Schedule thereto and will include a perpetual right of renewal. Should the successful applicant be other than the present lessee, the applicant will be required to purchase any improvements belonging to the present lessee at the Valuation set out in the Schedule.
