THE COOKERY AND FOOD ASSOCIATION Patron: HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER C.F.A. is a professional association, with headquarters in London, dedicated to the advancement and encouragement of the art of cookery. The association assists in the training of young people so as to enable them to become qualified in the art and science of cookery and holds exhibitions, competitions and lectures for this purpose. The New Zealand Division of C.F.A. invites applications for membership from those persons in the industry who are interest in the encouragement of high standards of professional cookery.
