Colonel Douglas Grav. announced yesterday that Mill Reef should be fit to start stud duties in March. The American-bred won more than C 300.000 In winning 12 of his 14 races befoee his racing career ended In August when he fractured a foreleg. His American owner, Mr P ' Mellon, has ottered the National, Stud six nominations. The stud; will select six mares by ballot for servicing The fee for each nomi nation will be tlO/MO. I
