ADRIAN HIATT 4477 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL CHRISTCHURCH CITY BY-LAW No. 53, 1972 (IN RELATION TO DOGS AND ANIMAL TRAPS) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Christchurch City Council, at an Ordinary Meeting held in the City Council Chambers, 194 Manchester Street, Christchurch, at 8.00 p.m. on Monday, the 20th day of November, 1972, passed a resolution to make a by-law, the short tiUe of which will be “The Christchurch City By-law, No. 53, 1972 (In Relation to Dogs and Animal Traps).” The object and purport of the proposed By-law is: (a) To repeal clauses 348 and 359 of the Christchurch By-law No. 1 and to amend clause 405 thereof. (b) To provide for the following matters: Licence to keep three or more dogs. Unregistered dogs. Control of dogs. Female dogs and diseased dogs. Barking dogs. Fouling of footway. Release from the pound. Animal traps forbidden, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUB. LICLY NOTIFIED that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chambers, situate as aforesaid, at 8.00 p.m. on Monday, the 18th day of December, 1972, for conflrmation by way of Special Order and that a full copy of the said proposed By-law is deposited at the office of the Chief City Health Inspector, 194 Manchester Street, Christchurch, and is now open to the inspection of the publie, without fee, during office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
