NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SECTION 308 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953, AND FOR CONSENT TO SPECIFIED DEPARTURE UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953 NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by CHRISTCHURCH PROPERTIES, LIMITED, a duly incorporated Company having its Registered Office at Christchurch under Section 308 and 35 of The Town and Country Planning Act, 1953, for consent to a departure from the provisions of Ordinance 3 (subdivisional requirements) of the Waimairi County Council’s District Code of Ordinances as they relate to the plan already submitted.
