State housing landmark
fIV.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. The 75,000 th State house was officially opened by the Minister of Housing (Mr Holland) today. The opening consisted of handing the keys to the tenant. The house is at Massey. The first State house was built at Miramar in 1937.
