(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK. Scotland’s former world light-weight champion, Ken Buchanan, has stepped up his bid for a return title bout with the present holder, Roberto Duran (Panama).
Buchanan scored a second round technical knock-out over Chang Kil Lee (South Korea) at Madison Square Garden yesterday. It took the experienced 27-year-old Scot less than five minutes of the scheduled 10round contest to give the talented young Korean his first defeat in 20 professional fights.
