New posts at Burke’s
Messrs J. C. Hulme and R. H. Rattray, directors of Burke’s Caterers, Ltd, have been appointed joint managing directors as from December 1. This was announced by the chairman (Mr J. G. Leggat) who added that Mr Hulme would have particular responsibility for the general administration of the company and control of the catering division, and Mr Rattray would be particularly concerned with the control of the hotel and liquor divisions.
