Chch Customs revenue up
Revenue collected by the Christchurch Customs during November rose $687,127 on the corresponding period for last year to $4,312,388. Aggregate figures for the eight months from March 31 Were also higher, by $4,074,882 at $28,186,627. Customs and excise duties rose by $222,920 to $2,569,572, sales tax was $464,602 higher at $1,747,756, light dues rose by $487 to $2703 but miscellaneous revenue fell by $BB2 to $2357.
