CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL REFUSE COLLECTION SHOW DAY Because Friday, November 10, is a public holiday there will be no collection of household rubbish, but rubbish normally collected on tihs day will be removed on Thursday, November 9. Refuse collections in suburban areas will start at 7.30 a.m. and residents are requested to have their containers out earlier than usual. Residents are also remined that refuse should be contained in regulation tins or disposable refuse bags and that cartons should not bo used for holding rubbish.
