Pantyhose for life-savers
(N.Z, Press Assn. —Copyright) BRISBANE, Nov. 6. About 150 husky lifesavers wore pantyhose under their swimimng trunks while competing in a surf carnival at Ingham, North Queensland yesterday. A carnival official said the panythose, donated by a local boutique, had protected the life-savers’ legs from painful stings by sea wasps and jellyfish.
