Baked Eggs and Cheese
Baked eggs and cheese are made in indivdual ramekins and cook in 10 minutes. You need:— Cream or evaporated milk Cheese Breadcrumbs (optional) Bacon (optional) Method: Allow two eggs per serving and carefully crack and drop whole into well greased ramekin dish. Pour over a tablespoon of cream and cover with a thick layer of grated cheese. Chopped bacon can be added to cheese and fine dried breadcrumbs can be sprinkled on top of cheese and then dotted with butter. Season with a pinch of cayenne and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Garnish with parsley.
