Search for son ends
(N.Z. Press Association) WANGANUI, Nov. 6. Michael Laws, aged 15, the subject of a search since his disappearance from his home in Hamilton on October 3, has been found. “We have seen him, and he looked very well,” said Mr K. A. Laws, from Hamilton yesterday. “We would like to thank the people of the country for showing concern about Michael’s disappearance,” he added. Mr Laws, a former master at Wanganui Boys’ College, and now the deputy principal of Hamilton Boys’ High School, said: “He is not home yet, and we would prefer not to say where he is at present.” , He said he first heard of his son’s whereabouts when the boy wrote home.
