Pleasant Pt trials
Royal Ascot and Manaroa both competed at a non-totalisator meeting at Pleasant Point on Saturday, when their onlv rivals were Thursa and Misleading. Royal Ascot won from Manaroa and Thursa. which finished together. The two first-named both went well, according to their trainer. C. J. McLaughlin, as they lost a few lengths at the start.
