AIRLINER LOST
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SOFIA, November 5. Thirty-two persons are believed to have been killed when a Bulgarian airliner on a domestic flight disappeared minutes before it was due to land yesterday at Plovdiv, south-east of Sofia. The aircraft, carrying 26 passengers and six crew, left the Black Sea port of Burgas yesterday morning on a flight to Sofia, but was diverted to Plovdiv because of bad weather in the Sofia area.
Shortly after it was given permission to land, radio, contact was lost. A search for the wreckage is under way, but Bulgarian officials have so far given no news of it
