Decrees nisi granted On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Haslam in the Supreme Court yesterday, decrees nisi were granted as follows:—

Living apart.—June Mulholland (Mr D. J. R. Holderness) v. Frederick Roland Mulholland, a lathe operator. Desertion.—Sylvia Eleanor Abrantes (Mr A. K. Archer) v. Mario Bertolo Abrantes, a commercial traveller, of England. Separation agreement.— Richard Alan Swinard, a journalist (Mr G. S. Brockett), v. Anne Elizabeth Swinard; Noel William Andrews, a storeman (Mr R. S. D. Tw’yneham), v. Muriel Joan Andrews, of Auckland; Thomas Ralph Benny, a school teacher, of Ashburton, (Mr A. F. Shaw), v. Lois Mary Benny. Adultery.—John Rodney Hawker, a school teacher, of Oxford (Mr R. de R. Flesher), v. Patricia Hawker, of South Croydon, England, and Ernest Mclvor, a butcher, of South Croydon; Malcolm Day, a traffic assistant, of Lyttelton (Mr A. Forbes), v. Victoria Day, of Western Australia, and Peter Boys, a lineman, of Western Australia. On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Wilson yesterday, decrees nisi were granted as follows:—

Desertion. — Jacqueline Mathie (Mr B. J. Drake) v. Ivan James Mathie, a welder, of Otaki. Separation order.—Helen Christina Devine, of Timaru (Mr C. R. Harman) v. Michael John Devine, of Australia. Adultery. — Mavis Nola Coxall (Mr Drake) v. Clarence George Coxall, a building society supervisor, and Ivie McGill, a dressmaker. Separation agreement.— Mary Jean Walker (Mr Z. Maciaszek) v. Michael David Walker, a clerk, of Hawera; Moyra Ann Whitla, of Akaroa (Mr P. C. Champion) v. Raymond James Whitla, a labourer.
