CRICKETING FUTURE
(N.Z. Prett Attociation) PERTH. The test all-rounder, G. Watson, of Western Australia, said today that he will use the Sheffield Shield match against New South Wales, starting today, to help determine his cricketing future. Watson, who is 27, and has toured England, is considering taking an architectural course which would probably put an end to his representative career.
Rowing —The 1973 Ngsniawahla regatta has ben cancelled and the regatta association has decided to go into temporary recess. Lack of finance has been given as the reason.
