Marac acceptance
Marac Holdings, Ltd, has received more than 90 per cent acceptance from the shareholders of Marac Finance, Ltd, for the reorganisation proposals, and its offer for Marac Finance shares has been declared unconditional. Marac Holdings has applied for stock exchange listing.
