Judgment reserved
In the Sydney Equity Court on Thursday, Mr Justice Street reserved judgment on an action by Ampol Petroleum, Ltd, against R. W. Miller (Holdings), Ltd, concerning the validity of a $4.5m share allotment by the latter, to Howard Smith, Ltd. In the 29-day hearing, counsel adressed the hearing for 13 days, and evidence by nine witnesses took 16 days. Mr Justice Street will deliver judgment on a date to be fixed.
