Perpetual call 175c
The directors of the Perpetual Trustee Estate and Agency Company of N.Z., Ltd, have decided to make a call of 175 c a share, the balance of the uncalled capital. In a letter to shareholders, the directors say that under normal circumstances the company should have no difficulty in maintaining the present rate of dividend on the increased capital.
